Return & Refund Policy
Returns Our return policy extends 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In resalable condition

Manufacturer Returns & Guarantees For most items, please return your purchase directly to us rather than the manufacturer. However, DEWALT and Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. While SBD can accommodate these returns directly, processing your return through us is often much faster and easier.
Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees Returns are subject to inspection and verification. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, and restocking fees of up to 50% will apply:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that shows signs of use or is no longer in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Sales@HilltopTool.com.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the exact same product, send us an email at Sales@HilltopTool.com and mail your item to our physical address below.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
